Ikuo Yamaoto created a group of vibrant, funky, and cuddly animal characters in 2008 that he named the CRAFTHOLIC collection. This fun group of mythical creatures supposedly hail from the planet CRAFT. They left their planet to come play with kids and their older counterparts on planet Earth.
Each CRAFT is unique, simple, and extremely huggable. They also each have their own story which inspires people to collect them and to share them with others. The lovely sentiments that make up their stories have helped the CRAFTS become very popular among all ages. The stories offer joy while the soft plushes offer comfort creating a toy that serves a dual purpose.
