Breyer Mr. Shining Gun - Hall of Fame Appaloosa

Breyer Mr. Shining Gun - Hall of Fame Appaloosa

This collectible model honors Mr. Shining Gun, a champion Appaloosa whose striking buckskin blanket coat and authentic markings make him a standout addition to any collection. Crafted at 1:9 scale with the traditional quality Breyer is known for, this piece captures the detail and character of a true equine legend.

Key Features & Accomplishments

Known as "Goose" to those closest to him, Mr. Shining Gun built a competition record that few horses can match. He was named World's Best Appaloosa at the World Championship Appaloosa Show three times, earned 17 Open World and National Championships, claimed three World Champion Cattle Horse titles, and secured 15 Youth World Championships. In 2019, the Appaloosa Horse Club inducted him into its Hall of Fame, placing him among just 17 geldings ever to receive this distinction.

Character & Legacy

Goose has shared the arena with three generations of the Jirkovsky family, competing across youth, open, cow horse, ranch, and roping events along the way. He remains active today, still showing and passing his horsemanship on to the next generation of riders. This model reflects that legacy: a horse whose talent, consistency, and spirit have earned him a permanent place in Appaloosa history.
