Fat Brain Toys Hey Clay Monsters

Fat Brain Toys Hey Clay Monsters

Give your young artist a hands-on introduction to real sculpting with Hey Clay Monsters. This creative set pairs premium clay with an interactive digital guide, turning screen time into a tool for hands-on creativity instead of a distraction from it.

Key Features & Benefits

Kids choose from six quirky monster characters—Terry, Hipster, Pi, Cyclops, Bigwig, and Donut—then bring them to life using the included clay and sculpting tools. The set comes with 15 cans of clay in a range of vibrant colors, all soft, lightweight, and formulated to resist sticking and staining. An interactive 3D app walks young sculptors through each figure step by step, breaking the process into simple, achievable shapes. Once finished, the clay hardens within 24 hours, so every monster can be proudly displayed on a shelf or desk.

Learning & Development

Behind the fun, Hey Clay Monsters teaches genuine sculpting fundamentals: forming spheres and cylinders, shaping facial features, and adding texture and detail. As kids mold each character, they're building fine motor skills and spatial reasoning, all while exercising their creativity. It's a judgment-free way to get introduced to professional clay techniques, with enough structure to guide beginners without taking the fun out of the process.

How It Works

Getting started is simple:

1. Download the free Hey Clay app and enter the code included in the box
2. Choose a monster character to sculpt
3. Follow the intuitive, step-by-step instructions on-screen
4. Mold, shape, and let your creation dry and harden for display

Safety & Specifications

The clay is nontoxic, wheat- and gluten-free, nut-free, and latex-free, giving parents peace of mind while kids dig in. Hey Clay Monsters is safe for ages 3 and up, and ideally suited for ages 6 and up. The companion app works across multiple devices, tablets and phones alike, all under a single account.
